Virtual Online Therapy Sessions

In an effort to reduce the impact of COVID-19 on my community, I have moved online. I was very hesitant about online therapy at first, but have been pleasantly surprised at how easily my clients have adapted to the online platform and have continued their work towards happier, healthier living. The online platform allows me to be more flexible with my schedule since I’m working from home and it’s super convenient for me and you since neither one of us has to commute to a physical space. Just hop on the session using your phone, tablet, or computer. All you need is a reliable internet connection, a device, and some privacy!

I do miss being in-person with my clients as there’s something special about the energy that’s created between two people in one physical space, but at this point in time, I don’t feel the benefits of going back to in-person office sessions outweigh the potential risks of spreading the virus further. I am now offering walk and talk outdoor therapy sessions at a local park to fill the void of in-person sessions without putting you and I at too much risk of spreading the virus.
