Feminist therapy can help you find freedom from oppression
Oppressed people either lie down and accept their fate or they fight for equality. Our society oppresses and limits us in many ways but oftentimes we aren’t even aware of the oppressions because of how engrained they are in our society. As your beliefs are challenged in therapy, it may become apparent to you that you’ve been oppressed in some way. Therapy will help you process through your feelings about the ways you’ve been oppressed in the past and find ways to advocate for change in the present.
